Our IT support supports you in the effective use of hardware and software. Our maintenance services ensure rapid recovery of hardware and software. So that you can meet your business requirements at all times.


Care Pack

Care Packs are support packages that extend the warranty period for standard warranties for hardware and software. MOORnetworks Care-Packs offer advanced hardware and software support, installation services, education services and premium support options.

Order Care-Packs up to 30 days after purchasing a product from MOORnetworks Logistics or subscribing to a service from MOORnetworks Operations.


Returns Handling


We register repairs, clarify warranty claims or provide you with a cost estimate for interventions outside the warranty period in cooperation with the repair centres. For customers with a Care-Pack this service is free of charge, in all other cases we charge a flat rate of CHF 45.00 per order.



The exchange service offers a reliable and quick exchange for selected products. The replacement service is a cost-effective yet convenient alternative to on-site support and is aimed in particular at products that are easy to deliver and where data can be easily restored from backup files.


Depot- and spare parts storage

Depending on customer requirements, spare parts or devices are stored centrally in our Support Centre and enable rapid recovery of business-critical functions or systems in the event of a malfunction. In combination with our proactive maintenance services, configurations and lost data can also be restored quickly and cost-effectively.


Replacement Devices

On special request or according to special agreement, we will gladly provide replacement devices. Conditions available on request.


Data Recovery

In our modern support center we unlock devices with forgotten passwords or analyze defective hard drives and back up deleted data. Our many years of experience also enable us to repair older models professionally.


Data deletion (Wiping & Shredding)

We delete your data reliably according to international standards. If necessary, the data carriers are physically destroyed with proof.


Environment-friendly disposal

We take back empty toners or discarded/defective electronic devices free of charge and guarantee that they are recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Companies can have old electrical equipment collected free of charge. Fill in the pick-up request.
