Register returns quickly and easily so that short lead times can be guaranteed. We distinguish between exchange, return to stock, repair or disposal.

With a MOORnetworks Care Pack we take over the complete repair handling for you free of charge. In all other cases, we charge a flat rate of CHF 45 or alternatively you can find the responsible contact points here.

Repairs should be

carried out under warranty (please attach proof of purchase/warranty certificate

carried out outside of warranty up to a maximum of the cost limit (see footnote)

Cost Indication:

Repairs outside the warranty period will be carried out within the stated limits without further enquiries. If no limit is specified or the repair exceeds this limit, you will receive a cost estimate prior to the repair. If the repair is not carried out, a flat rate of CHF 100 will be charged and the device will be disposed of free of charge, or returned unrepaired at your expense. Any express forwarding charges will be charged separately.
