If you are are a Intel Channel Partner, please open a RMA case at the Intel Channel Partner (Technology Provider) Program website or open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks AG.

In case of any defect claims within warranty period:
All defect claims of Server products, after 30 days from purchase, must be handled by Intel directly. Therefore you need to be in the Intel Channel Partner Program. Please open a RMA case at the Intel Channel Partner (Technology Provider) Program Website.
Warranty conditions – all products (except server products and AIOs/all-in-ones, tablets)
Defective products qualified for warranty will be either replaced by a new product or credited (no repair).
