Defect on arrival (DOA)
In case of any defect on arrival claims, please reportet over Call-Helpdesk.
Generally
A DoA is always related to one device in «supply to customer»-status and contains no options. Maybe already built-in expansions and upgrades had to be removed.
Timing
We speak from a DoA only within max. 10 days from the vending date to the end customer (receipt) .
Return with RMA
If the device is still packed in its original packing and is complete as the time of the delivery including receipt with a fault description - send it back. If the goods are not complete then a new credit note will be issued with a reduced amount. If the device isn't returned within 14 days the RMA will not issue a credit note.
