Defect on arrival (DOA)
In case of any defect on arrival claims, please open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks Logistics.
«DOA» means a maximum of 30 printed pages on the defected printer. Brother (Schweiz) AG will check whether DOA conditions are met.
The DOA form and the replacement unit will be sent directly from Brother (Switzerland) AG. Please send the defective unit together with the DOA form directly to Brother (Switzerland) AG In case of wrong information, Brother (Switzerland) AG reserves the right to charge for the replacement unit or to send back the repaired unit to the dealer.

Error description, printed pages (max. 20 – 30 pages), serial no., e-mail, address, Deliveryaddress for exchange printer.
