Defect on arrival (DOA)
In case of any defect on arrival claims, please contact Axis.
Once the details are cleared, you will receive a free shipping label from UPS and you can create a shipping order.
After repair, the goods will be shipped back directly to the costumer, free of charge.
Defect within warranty period
In case of any defect claims withing warranty period, please contact Axis.
Once the details are cleared, you will receive a ticket number, with this you can contact our RMA Department to advise a delivery of a new camera.
