Defect on arrival (DOA)
In case of any defect on arrival claims, please open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks Logistics.
Send the faulty appliance with purchase documentation and fault description in the original packing including accessories to MOORnetworks.
It is essential that additional components built into appliances (modules, memory upgrade, etc.) are removed. Only the original device shall be sent back.
