Return of damaged or performance issue product (To Repair & Refurb Centre)
Recommended Within 60 days of Purchase.
You can replace a product with performance issues for the end user and return the product to Microsoft (to the Repair & Refurb centre) via XReturns (see instructions below):
• Within 60 days of purchase if customer does not agree to the license terms of that product or if the product has a performance issue. End user must supply Proof of Purchase.
• Proof of Distributor sale, such as a valid sales receipt for the returned product must be retained by Distributor for future audit by Microsoft.
After 60 days of purchase Distributors are advised to direct resellers to the Microsoft Support websites for all end user technical/repair queries:

• If end user will not visit support website, reseller can return unit to distributor within the Microsoft eligible Distributor returns period as follows: 60 days from the date it was sold to reseller to create RMA.
• If unit falls outside the return eligibility period, no credit will be issued.
