Defect on arrival (DOA)
In case of any defect on arrival claims, please open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks Logistics.
Defect within warranty period
In case of any defect claims within warranty period, please open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks AG.
Defective products qualified for warranty will be either replaced by a new product or credited (no repair).
Important note
LSI strongly recommends to contact the LSI customer‘s support helpdesk in order to avoid unnecessary freight and costs, prior to apply for RMA and send back to distributor or dealer.
