Defect within warranty period
In case of any defect claims within warranty period, please open a RMA case in Helpdesk or contact MOORnetworks AG.
Defective products qualified for warranty will be either replaced by a new product or credited (no repair).
A RMA approval from Adaptec is necessary, prior to apply for RMA and send back to distributor or dealer.
